The SPG IT Support Team
The Support Team provides technical support for issues including hardware, software, networking, accounts, and printing. The operating hours of the Support Team are between 7:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
The Support Team’s highest priority is to ensure the continuity and reliability of the Group’s systems and that staff can carry out their assigned duties.
When directed by your leadership group, we also work to deliver changes and improvements. Proposals for changes should be discussed with your managers first.
• E-mail: All support queries are to be raised by sending an email to support@scottparkgroup.com.au or using the Ticket app (see next section) including those issues raised by phone (below)
• Phone: For urgent matters, you can reach the Support Team by dialing 7770 from your desk phone or (08) 9202 7770 from external phones. An available team member will take your call but may not be available to immediately work on your query.
• Walk-ins: The Support Team is located at the rear of the Redink Building, in the SPG Shared Services area. If possible, please make an appointment before visiting us so a staff member can be made available.
• Free Cake: In the event of free cake or donuts in your area, the team can visit you. Alternatively, you can bring the cake to us (no appointment necessary).
Please raise all new work requests as a ticket so that the priority can be assessed and assigned to the appropriate team member. For urgent queries, you may follow up your ticket with a phone call to 7770, please have your ticket number ready. Team members can be contacted directly in relation to their assigned tasks.
Support Portal
You are invited to visit our support portal at https://support.scottparkgroup.com.au where you can submit new support requests (tickets), get updates on tickets you have previously opened and request other IT related services such as requesting access to your services while travelling or extending access to your email to your line manager.
Help Desk Ticket App
Pressing Ctrl + Alt + 0 on your office computer opens the helpdesk ticket app. This app helps you to submit tickets with additional information about you, your computer etc.
Simply fill in the empty boxes such as the Subject/Problem box and the Description box and attach documents or screenshots if needed. Once done, press submit. You should receive a response within a few minutes of the ticket being received.
